Responsibility:-Hotline /Email /Chat /Outbound /Social Media/Service Requests /After Sales
To ensure sufficient functioning in terms of call quality & quantity of queries answered, attendance and maintaining discipline.
- Responsible for providing service to the customers via (Hotline /Email /Chat /Social Media /Outbound) in order to solve the issues.
- Responsible for logging cases, collect customers' needs and feedback to system/statistics (Every visit has a case log).
- Responsible for escalating effective complaints and recording customers' information (Escalate to relevant departments in time and follow up the case until it is closed).
- Works assigned by higher level managements.
- Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct for self
